Master Certified Coach (MCC)
The International Coach Federation (ICF), an
organization which establishes industry standards to insure
the highest level of professionalism, awarded its highest
certification to Barbara McRae. With the designation of MCC,
McRae enters a select group of worldwide professional coaches
who have met ICF criteria (200 hours Coach Specific Training
and 2,500 hours of Client Coaching Experience). McRae was
evaluated in areas such as training standards, experience,
client testimonials, and representation of the profession.
